Are you experiencing any of the following?

Your body feels constantly on edge and worried
You have difficulty concentrating and being present
You are always on the lookout for danger
You wonder if you’ll ever be happy again
You have difficulty getting to sleep or staying asleep
Your reactions to people and situations do not reflect your best self
You’re skeptical of people and wonder if you’ll ever be able to trust again

These are very common responses to trauma. It is not your fault. And, there are amazing treatments for trauma that can provide relief in just a few sessions.

Our therapists integrate evidence-based approaches to the treatment of trauma, including dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

We also provide EMDR therapy for clients who are working with another therapist and want to integrate EMDR into their treatment.

What you’ll get
from Trauma Therapy

We use first line, evidence-based treatment as the foundation for trauma care, including EMDR and CBT.
Mind-Body Integration
Trauma can cause the mind and body to disconnect, called dissociation. We teach strategies that allow the mind and body to work together for optimal health.
Effective and Efficient
We prioritize teaching tools and strategies that are easily accessible and quick to produce results in your relationships at home, work, and other settings.
Functional Outcomes
Our goal is to support you in getting back to optimal health, including sound sleep, regular movement, healthful eating, connecting with loved ones, and focused/sustained attention.
Couple & Family Centered
We include partners, family, and other important people in our trauma work. This ensures that you are supported by those closest to you.
Interprofessional Team
We work with medical doctors and other healthcare providers as needed to ensure that you receive comprehensive, wraparound care.
